CPCS big sigma fix apply and re-calibrate 3 months of data #185

In CPCS/calibStepBody,

we need to change big sigma to be sig*1/np.sqrt(n_points), instead of +. The new code is already on git/ devCPCS.

This should fix stupid calibrations we still see, e.g. https://bh-tom2.astrolabs.pl/dataproducts/data/197658/ where r band is standardised to U.

This fix needs re-calibrating 3 months of data.

The change has already been present in prod for a while now. However, the data should be re-calibrated, together with issue #213 . It means we need to recalibrate data starting mid-May 2024.
