PS1 from WSDB returns two stars of different mag #72

For Gaia19epm PS1 WSDB query returns two objects, one of correct mag, the other at 20 and 24 mag, clearly some other target. Consider adding match according to mag too. Or link with outlier removal issue #71 which will allow not including such points in modelling.

or allow deleting points from the light curve/db, even for data from brokers, but make sure they will not get downloaded again, for example for PS1 we only need to do the download once.
