Longer tasks should show messages #77

Tasks like target create or update or target import after clicking Submit should display a message somewhere that the data is being searched and downloaded, please wait. Now it does the job but without warning. I tried with django messages, but they only display after the task.

like Import, Update, Create, Check for new Data.
