Transfer generating plots for photometry/spectroscopy to cpcsv2, CPCSV2 generate plots for target when user upload new files, then save generated plots as html file to folder and write the path to database BHTOM2 just check the path in database if exist then load html file, if does not exist, then generate empty plot for photometry/spectroscopy

  1. The functions to generate plots already moved to cpcsv2
  2. bhtom2 prepared to show plots
