[x] Add car detail and owner details editing forms
[x] Ensure all values that should be displayed are
[x] Ensure permissions are enabled for these views and only the correct people can edit the right information

The page permissions have been fixed, now proper displaying needs to be handled

[x] Users to edit themselves
[x] Users to edit their cars (only stable information)
[x] Link cars to users dashboards
[x] Fix counts on the Admin Dashboard

The next step is to make sure the permissions are correctly programmed so that only the correct people can edit what they need to edit other wise redirect them After that make sure that the view pages show the information in a properly readable way

The users editing their cars will be addressed later, as there are more fields and information that needed to be added regarding the cars see issue #58
