As a developer, I would like to be able to have direct access to the design tokens defined by the designers, so I don't have to worry about design changes over time.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Design tokens are used in storybook
[ ] Design tokens have one source of truth

Could also just use github as the source of truth, whatever works the best at development
