shadowDatabaseUrl is no longer required for Vercel Postgres and may cause issues when set to the same value as directUrl.

@ruheni While I appreciate your knowledge and change, I am in currently working on a complete re-write of MealTime, meaning your change, will not last long, in the repo's current state. I'll make sure to update the readme to let you and other contributors know, that the project is on hold for contributors for a while, untill I have a setup ready to share again.
