Add PushConfig and PullConfig as base types inheriting ActionConfig #191

Description:

To allow more specificity in the custom ActionConfig will define.

Also, the base ActionConfig properties which I included (WrapNonBHoMObjects, etc) only should apply to the PushActionConfig.
