This issue was discovered during testing of the Facade LOD100 script. The current area weighting (AW) methods apply the cavity u-value fragment to both the edges and the center of the opening but recent internal research has shown that it's more accurate and conservative to only apply the cavity u-value fragment to the center of the opening.
