Description:

The Pile object Extrude method would require effective copying of the following methods that are written for Bar:

BarSectionTransformation,Tangent,NormalandCentreline`

Steps to reproduce:

See above.

Expected behaviour:

Same behaviour, just structured differently in the Engine.
