Ability to track usage per file in addition to per session #428

Per title, allow the ability to track BHoM usage per file that it is used for project IDs in addition to the usage per session.

Doh, this was done already.

Double doh... It's in the trigger usage log that I wanted to add it... sigh, today has not been fun 🤕
