Add Method MaterialCompositionbyMass #203

Description:

To support CIBSE AM 65 calculations add a version of this calculation that is based on ratios of mass (kg). It may not need to happen at this method directly, but perhaps at how the output of this method is handled downstream to support mass based calcs.
