LifeCycleAssessment Methods missing/more descriptive tooltips #228

Description:

Most of the LifeCycleAssessment related methods have completed tooltips (Descriptions, and Input/Output Descriptions), but some are missing explicit names and descriptions. It would be nice to fill in those documentation holes and review current documentation for clarity and ease of use.

Noted and reviewed. There are some missing properties still within the current API. We will be making a new plan and issue to catch all of these within the coming milestone.
