ElementEmbodiedCarbon can't handle multiple layers with same EPD #316

Description:

The ElementEmbodiedCarbon calculation method only calculates the embodied carbon for one layer when there are multiple material layers with the same EPD assigned. See attached screenshots.

Expected behaviour:

Embodied carbon would be calculated for each layer in a construction even when the construction has two or more layers with the same EPD material assigned.
