Create helper methods to assign EPDs to facade objects

Create helpers methods to assign EPDs from the EPD dataset to BHoM objects for facades. Specifically the following:

• Assign EPDs to FrameEdgeProperties
• Assign EPDs to OpeningConstructions when UValue fragments need to be preserved
