• Shallow clone BarVaryingDistributedLoad so the returned objects are not modified
  • Changed how BarVaryingDistributedLoads are created to remove any modification of the base object;

    Compliance

• Remove FEMeshToPanel
  • Removed FEMeshToPanel method that has since been replaced in the Structure_Engine in 4.2;
• Update AssemblyFileVersion to 7.3
