Update AssemblyVersion and AssemblyFileVersion to 3.0.0.0 #100

Broken rules:

AssemblyFileVersion is at 2.4.0.0 and should be 3.0.0.0 for the beta development cycle.

Suggestions to restore compliance:

We should also check the AssemblyVersion value, which should be 3.0.0.0 AssemblyCopyright should also read [assembly: AssemblyCopyright("Copyright © https://github.com/BHoM")]
