Safety check for Offine_installer to be in the right directory #104
Currently the Offline_installer moves all files which are not of extension.bat or .ps1 to the BHoM/Assemblies folder, which if not in the right directory can result in unwanted files being moved.
A check should be implemented to make sure the Offline_installer is in the right directory and prompt the user with a warning and instruction if not in the right directory.
