Description:

Update IView object with missing properties such as Template, CropRegionVisible, AnnotationCropVisible
Add missing objects that represents Elevation, Section, 3DView
Add missing converts

The title does not describe how they will be organised, can the description in the issue be enhanced to provide that description @michal-pekacki to aid the review at the other end 😄
