Converts for Extrusion is not implemented. The error raised by this, though, is far from helpful, and is causing more confusion than helping in the UI.
This started to show up when the IsRhinoEquivalent method was not called any longer
Steps to reproduce:
Create an extrusion
Expected behaviour:
For null to be returned and no error to be raised, as causing mroe harm than it helps
