Rhino_Toolkit: Converts for surfaces #39

Noticing during testing that the convers for surfaces does not seem to be giving the various sub type when converted into BHoM.

For example, it seems impossible to get Lofts, extrusions and Pipes to come through into BHoM. Even if specific components targeting these have been used so generate the surfaces, they all come in as Nurbs. If extra checks would be possible before converting, as for the curves, I think that that would be good.
