Reading Bars fails when using design codes other than the 3 British Standard that are implemented - e.g. Eurocode "SS-EN 1993-1:2005/A1:2014".

Am aware of this issue, I think we need to add some protection on pulling framing element design properties, as those read methods arent too well developed.

Removing critical as the issue causing the adapter to crash has been resolved. Also switching from bug to feature as support for additional design codes can now be seen as feature instead of bug
