Create convert method for SAP.PropertyDetails to SAP.XML.SAP2012Data #51

Description:

Create method to convert PropertyDetails to SAP2012Data. The only difference between these objects is that SAP212Data has a DataType input, this will be set as default to 1. The user will not need to change this value and therefore a SAP.SAP2012Data object is unnecessary.
