Tekla_Toolkit:Update View to fit pushed objects #10

Objects pushed to Tekla will be completely invisible to the user if it lies outside the "view-box"

on pushing objects that lie outside the currently visible space the UpdateView method should check and update the "view-box"

if you pushed pushed objects and confused that they are not showing up (as I was): View > Fit Work Area > Entire Model in All Views
