API - Reduce font size of the descriptions #60

I think the font size for the descriptions are a bit too big (15 pt), and given the difference in font from the namespace and the object names it looks mismatched:

Compare this to the Rhino SDK where the descriptions are 11.5pt and the title is 20pt:
