Adding a new row doesn't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press add button
2. Add some data
3. Press submit button
4. The data is not added to the database, the action is not even accessed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The action should be accessed, oper should be add and data should be added to 
the database.

Which struts2 version?

2.3.15.2

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?

2.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Update and Delete work fine.
