how to set minTIme and MaxTime in datePciker #1107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use struts2 jquery datepicker
2.set minDate with time but it just blocks date but time is allowed in any range

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
user should be bale to select within the given time range

Which struts2 version?
2.3.16.1

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?
3.6.1
