Problem with the deploy #267

Hi,

When I include the libraries of "jQuery" in my Struts2 project, I get the 
following error when making the deploy:

version struts2-jquery: 2.3.1

the jquery plugin did not work with struts 2.0.x versions. you need a version 
2.1.x to use this plugin.
