Bring in the current analysis from the AEC vs wPLI study in the script folder

• [x] Bring the code as is into the repo
• [x] We will start with that and make sure it works locally.
• [x] Refactor it to be less clunky

Once again the data on the server is a mess to navigate, should clean that up whenever I can and upload it properly with proper documentation.

I should not look at what is in the Scrip/AEC_vs_WPLI folder since I've edited the code for the MAIN conference and it is much better. I'll bring that over here too.

We will need to parallelized this analysis in order to be able to have 100 null networks, right now we have 10 and it is taking about 5 minute to run.
