We need three figures:

[x] Connectivity matrices figure for the average participant across the whole 5 minutes

To complete this task I need the following from Stefanie and Catherine:

[x] Ordering of the regions for the connectivity matrix: Ordering is sent and can be found in the Slack channel
[x] Decide on the color scheme for the connectivity matrix : Jet color scheme for first part

Brain maps

[x] mean global connectivity on the brain for the average participant for the whole 5 minutes
[x] std of the global connectivity on the brain for the average participant for the whole 5 minutes

I will need to generate a script that will output me all of these individual figures that I will then stitch together in BioRender.

I've decided to not add black border around regions.
