We had a reviewer telling us that our paper would be much stronger if we had a statistical analysis section just before the machine learning section. I agree. I should read this paper: Brain dysfunction in chronic pain patients assessed by resting-state electroencephalography.pdf extract the stats method and code it out for our paper.
