This will need to happen at the end when we have fixed the connectivity section. The generation of the feature matrix is taking 10 times longer because we have 10 time more data due to increased resolution.

Since the code is running on MATLAB I need to follow the instruction over here in the beluga doc

I need to upgrade my MATLAB installation to R2020a

Currently have some issue with this, I've modified the code we had before because it didn't have surrogate analysis for wPLI. However I cannot reproduce what was there beforehand. Either I've messed up something while porting the code or the fact that I've added more windows to the analysis affected the classifier performance.
