We should be able to generate the analysis as fast possible on the clusters. Right now with 160 cores it still take 4h+.

I was able to crank it up to 1600 cores and it takes now under 20 minutes to run. However, I had to fight with MATLAB to get it working I will move the calculation of the graph to MNE as soon as this is done.
