We have a reduction in the performance of PLI when using surrogates created from windowed EEG. Before we commit to an analysis method we need to check the impact of:

[ ] PLI + surrogates on whole EEG
[ ] wPLI + surrogates on whole EEG

We already know that PLI + wPLI surrogates on whole EEG gives satisfying results, however this is flawed methodologically.
