We should visualize this information for each participant at each state and each threshold to understands what is happening to the resulting index.

I'm having some trouble with reorder_channels, I will need to update it in NeuroAlgo such that it gives me back the locations of the channels.

I fixed neuro algo without breaking what I had before and I was able to generate all hub locations
