There is one main caveat with this though is that not all participant have the same baseline. However, I will just pool everything into one baseline state for now.
Steps
[x] Generate the topographic map for each ppt at each frequency save it as .mat
[x] average ppt per state, type and frequency
[x] generate contrast vector by loading the averages and save them as figure
