Contrast issue #1

Display window contrast does not work properly. When I move the lower tick up, the area below the threshold should be black. This is not the case now, there are grey.

Oddly, this was caused because the minc-toolkit installation process copies the Display.globals from the project, and that file has the value Colour_below set to 0.3, 0.3, 0.3. The default is supposed to be black. I removed the installation of the file from the project, and I will update the Display.globals file so that it represents only the default values.
