Is it possible for RPATHs to be set in the installed binaries? #37

Otherwise one seemingly has to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH by hand, potentially causing issues with other software installed elsewhere on the system ...

I tried to fix it in https://github.com/BIC-MNI/minc-toolkit-v2/commit/8e57f87a33fa0cac6699194240b8687133de02e4 (and underlying tools)
