Release new 'Universal Binary' version with Apple Silicon (aka arm64) support #60

Not sure if this is the right place to request, but, the releases here:

https://packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/minc-toolkit/MacOSX/

are all Intel-only for macOS.

Would it be possible to build a Universal Binary version?

We don't yet have an automated build system for OSX so we need to sort that out.

Is there a free for open source build host of OSX available?

That integrates with github you mean? If so, I don't know.

Sorry, I don't have any Mac computer in my disposal, so ask somebody with more resources.

We have lots of Macs at Rogue, I could build the binaries if it's reasonably straightforward to do so...
