dcm2mnc does not properly convert some PV6.0.1 dicoms #88

Hi, I have some rat brain imaging data I want to convert from dicom to minc. No problem with previous scans. On the new scans, however, when I try to convert it only converts one slice. I've tried with minc-tools 1.9.17 and 1.9.16 without luck.

Here I attach the logs from a conversion that worked and one that did not. Sequences were identical except for the resolution.

Seems there were 2 repetitions in the sequence and the DICOM export from Bruker just mixes all images into one folder. mrtrix picked it up.
