dcm2mnc issue with Philips Medical Systems Ingenia #97

Converting datasets acquired with the Philips Medical Systems Ingenia lead to bad images. They all look like the screenshot below, regardless of the sequence.

Scanner info: Philips Medical Systems Ingenia (software 5.3.1\5.3.1.1)

Again, a sample dataset would be good.

I copied a sample dataset on ace-storage-2.cbrain.mcgill.ca. Path to the dataset: /data1/ACElab_Shared/cmadjar/Philips_sample_dataset_for_Bert_2019-09-25.zip
