interface nlpfit failed to run #21

Hi,

I have recently come across this error.

Interface nlpfit failed to run Standard error: Cannot alloc 3D array of 660 by 620 by 532 elements of 8 bytes. Source position: /home/bic-mni/src/minc-toolkit-itk4/libminc/volume_io/Volumes/multidim_arrays.c:357 Error in minctracc in file /home/bic-mni/src/minc-toolkit-itk4/mni_autoreg/minctracc/Main/minctracc.c, line 518

Could someone suggest to me, what is causing this error. I havent seen it before.

Do you have ~ 2Gb of RAM available for this array?
