Changing files to lowercase tmn

Currently qc is failing due to

Makefile:561: tmn.Makefile: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target 'tmn.Makefile'.  Stop.

my guess is its a simple caps issue - looking at ontologies, it seems that files should have lowercase

fixed
