We should make a collection of (additional) python modules that should be installed by default in LAMP-ide.

Additionally, we should switch to using JupyterHub with the OAuthenticator module now that LAMP supports OAuth. This would remove the need for a separate set of (insecure) credentials for IDEs and more tightly couple the IDE/API access rights to the LAMP credential.
