Android 12 OS support implementation in mindLamp. #637

As per google docs app must target Android 12 before November 1, 2022. https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/11926878

@avaidyam Implementation is completed and given for Qa testing.

@avaidyam We have found an issue with dependency library after updating the sdk so we will update after QA testing.

I'm not sure why the ETA says 10day when this should be easy to do in less than one day. For now I'll close this issue as the PR has been merged.
