Describe the bug mindLAMP requests access to phone calls for participant that has not had such data collection assigned.

We recently had another user experience this problem. They are currently utilizing the most recent version of mindLAMP, and have no configurations such that they should be receiving phone requests. I've included a video of the issue occurring here

@ertjlane This is available with the latest beta build and it is not updated in production. From the screenshot it seems user is installing the latest production build.
