Debug CUDA on mercury #8

The only problem may be switching to the proprietary NVIDIA drivers.

CUDA is now properly installed. /usr/local/cuda links to /usr/local/cuda-6.5. Confirmed that BIDMach works fine "out of the box" with the current setup.
