Datarray changes, including string representation and .named accessor #30

This is the result of merging my changes with the current state of fperez's datarray. Merging this will:

introduce the .named accessor syntax and axis magic, as in arr.country.named['Netherlands'] or arr.named['Netherlands', 2010]. (If that turns out not to be the syntax you want, we can bring up that discussion again...)
provide a labeled 2-D str representation, for datarrays that are 2-D or less.

Thanks a lot for your work, Rob. I'm writing a longer email just now on the list for the full discussion, but I'll close this pull request now, since we did merge everything that we could from the changes above, and the rest will require further refinement on-list.
