Question Is there an way to get the backgorund of the Items / Huges? Its the line in the Background

I've attached the scribble background image. You may get the colors from the rarity collection endpoint.

Thanks. Last question. some raritys have an gradient as color but there is only one for example in Celestial. Is there an Way to get those HEX Values?

And how often can i update the RAP from ps99 api to my db without getting limited? im doing it every 30mins and enchants too
