What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using version 4.3.2.2. Windows 7 64bit.

ROFLMFAO!! You think mod_sa is compatible with MTA? Where the hell have you 
been hiding for all these years kid. My advice would be to remove MTA and 
install SA-MP along with mod_sa, its alot more fun, better gamemodes, more 
players and allows client side hacks. Even though MTA is probably more advanced 
than SA-MP, it is by no means better. Just look at UIF Freeroam server on 
SA-MP, it peaks at 1000 players everyday and im sure if the server slots were 
upgraded it would peak even higher. Anyway enough ranting about MTA vs SA-MP, 
just sharing my opinion :-)

Andrew, thanks for your opinion and terrible attitude. I didn't know exactly 
what this was for apparently. I'll definitely give SAMP a shot.
